Shipping Coverage

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, addresses outside the UK, or BFPO addresses.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Origin

Bellisa Boutique is based in London, United Kingdom. Orders are packed and dispatched from our workshop at 108 Vale Road, Workshop Units, Florentia Village, London.

Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the following business day.

Delivery & Transit Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–10 working days, depending on your location within the UK. Estimated total delivery is 4–12 business days from the order date. These are estimates — actual delivery may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

All orders include tracking via Royal Mail. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything we can to meet our estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, high order volumes, or carrier issues. If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, please get in touch and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@bellisaboutique.com with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damage. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
